MARTY MARTIN
My life calling has been to create a church that is reaching into the lives of the lost and unchurched of Bay County, FL. Northstar does this through creating relevant environments where people are equipped and challenged to take the next step in their relationship with Christ. I was born and raised in Panama City. I left when I was 22 years old and returned in 1998 to plant Northstar Church. I am the husband to Angela and father to Ashleigh and Andrew. I love outdoors activities, running and spending time with my family!

LEE BAKER
My name is Lee Baker and I am the worship arts pastor at Northstar Church. My wife and I have 2 wonderful children and love this community dearly. We are originally from Louisiana and love LSU and Saints football. My deepest passion is to serve the church and serve our local community through the arts for the glory of the Gospel of Christ and I long to see a day when once again the best art in the world is coming from the hearts of those who love Christ.

I love spending time with them, launching new ideas, building long lasting results, and working with people to accomplish it all. I am the Media Director at the Panama City Campus for Northstar Church working with graphics, videos, web design and production. My passion is loving other’s and seeing Christ’s love rescue others just as it’s rescued me. Nick May is a twenty-something native Floridian. He earned his B.A. in English and Creative Writing from the University of West Florida in 2010 and has since published 2 books. PASTORAL CARE
The primary purpose of Northstar Church’s Pastoral Care Ministry is to connect those in need with those who provide in Christ’s name. We desire to add value to the lives of those we serve and cement the fact that we are all part of the family of God. Pastoral Care team members practice intercessory prayer and minister to those who are faced with health concerns, grieving or experiencing other areas of personal crisis.
